## Conventions
- Every download has a stable URL https://upiran.ir/dl/{slug} that supports HEAD and Range, and a SHA-256 in the API and in the X-Checksum-Sha256 response header. Verify it.
- All public GET endpoints send CORS headers and cache validators (ETag). Please keep to about 5 requests per second per client; 429 means slow down, honor Retry-After.
- Send a descriptive User-Agent that names your tool and a contact. No API key is needed and none is offered.
- Entries with status "planned" in the mirrors list are not live yet; do not use their endpoints.
- The private drive (/drive, /api/*, /s/*) is not for crawlers.
